Richard Coates School Commitment Plan (2024-25)

We are committed to continual improvement and following frank and honest self-evaluation we have identified four aspects that we feel are essential to our future growth as a school.

Strategic priority 1 - Quality of Education
Refine the curriculum to ensure it is progressive, well-sequenced and enables pupils to retain key information and achieve strong outcomes.
 

Strategic priority 2 - SEND
To ensure that all pupils including those with SEND experience an ambitious curriculum and that their specific needs are met and supported through high-quality adaptive teaching.

Strategic priority 3 - Personal Development
To develop a school culture built on strong Christian values and a personal development offer that supports pupils’ broader development.

Strategic priority 4 - Reputation and identity
To establish a unique and cohesive identity for the school through improved engagement with all stakeholders and distinctive communication approaches.
