The Headteacher and Academy Committee wish to appoint inspirational, dynamic and
talented teachers who are committed to upholding the values of the school, and of Pele
Trust.
This is a highly attractive and exciting opportunity to lead a class of wonderful students,
initially in Nursery and Year 1, although we do invite applications from applicants who
also have an interest in working in Key Stage 2.
Candidates with experience in Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 will be of particular
interest as well as those with experience in leading key subjects such as Maths,
Computing, Music and Art.
There may be an opportunity for a high performing ECT who is looking to start their
career at a school who can provide the highest levels of support in their initial training
years.
You will be supported by a committed Headteacher and staff body; work closely with a
knowledgeable Academy Committee; and benefit from the support of parents who are
invested in their child’s education.
Richard Coates Church of England Primary School is part of Pele Trust which in itself

Our bespoke approach to peer reviews and subject networks offers a unique

Teacher Of Languages.

 

Required from September 2024 Teacher Pay Range M1 – U3 £30,000 - £46,525 (Sept 2023 rates)

 

This is an opportunity for a dynamic and talented teacher of languages to join our Trust from September 2024.

 

At Pele Trust, we believe that language subjects are key to developing global citizens of the future and that high quality language teaching from early key stages is important. Our primary schools have established a strong, shared languages curriculum which extends beyond the classroom and has undoubtably resulted in experiences that our children will always remember!

 

You will have a passion for teaching and learning in languages together with the skills to inspire our students and instil a lifelong appreciation of the value and currency of languages as a skill.

 

Working across our primary schools you will be responsible for:

 

• Delivering French lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage

• Liaising with subject leads in each school to ensure an effective curriculum and a consistent approach to the delivery of primary French

• Supporting non-specialist teachers to develop their own language skills and lead an established Primary Languages network group

• Maintaining existing, and establishing new, links with partner schools across the globe ensuring that the experience for pupils becomes much more than nouns, verbs and tenses
