The Academy Committee of Richard Coates C of E Primary School is looking to appoint a motivated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team from November 2025
This varied teaching and learning role will involve providing regular classroom cover across the school, as well as leading targeted interventions to support pupils who need additional help, either individually or in small groups.
It is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in a successful, forward-thinking school and trust, where every member of staff is valued and supported.
We are looking for someone who:
• Demonstrates experience of planning, teaching and assessing across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, including the effective delivery of Read Write Inc phonics.

• Excites and motivates learners through creative teaching approaches
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to the wider life of the school.
• Is dedicated to securing excellent progress and outcomes for every child.
